Aerocool Xpredator Case Review

Conclusions

The Aerocool Xpredator can be a good option for users looking for a case that supports XL-ATX motherboards with 10 expansion slots. The main problem with it is availability and pricing, which are a big question mark.

Strong Points

  • Ten expansion slots
  • Good tool-less retention mechanisms for the expansion slots
  • Air filter for the front fan
  • Air filter for the power supply fan
  • Air filter for the optional bottom fan
  • A huge hole in the motherboard tray for accessing the backplate of the CPU cooler
  • Holes with rubber covers for routing cables behind the motherboard tray
  • All internal 3.5” bays support 2.5” devices
  • Two analog fan speed controllers

Weak Points

  • Doesn’t come with the rear fan (may not be a drawback if you have a liquid cooling solution)
  • Comes with only one USB 3.0 port
  • Limited availability
