In Figure 3, you see the cooler from the side. Notice that most of the cooler area has a good clearance (1.8” or 47 mm), which allows it to help cool the memory modules, while being compatible with models with a tall heatsink.

A bottom view of the cooler is shown in Figure 6, where it is clear how small the base of the cooler is, compared with the size of the heatsink.
