Voltage Regulator

The voltage regulator of the Gigabyte H81M-S2PH has three phases for the CPU. The voltage regulator is controlled by an ISL95812 integrated circuit.
Each phase is driven by two transistors, shown in Figure 7. We were unable to decode their part numbers.

The motherboard uses solid electrolytic capacitors and ferrite coils.
