The Disk Drive Bays

As we mentioned before, the NZXT S340 has no external bays. There are two internal 3.5” bays in a cage at the bottom area of the case, near the power supply. There is also room for installing one 3.5” or 2.5” drive at the bottom of the case, as shown in Figure 14. The drives must be installed with regular screws and there is no anti-vibration mechanisms for them.

At the bottom of the motherboard compartment there are two drawers for 2.5” drives.
