Overclocked GeForce 7600 GT (PV-T43G-UDD3) from XFX
Contents
This video card uses four GDDR3 512-Mbit 1.4 ns chips from Infineon (HYB18H512321AF-14), making its 256 MB video memory (512 Mbits x 4 = 256 MB). These chips can run up to 1.4 GHz (700 MHz DDR). On this video card the memory chips are overclocked and run at 1.6 GHz, 200 MHz (14.28%) above the maximum clock rate labeled for these memory chips.

We removed its heatsink to take a look. It uses NVIDIA’s reference model, which is completely copper-made, as you can see in Figure 5. The heatsink doesn’t touch the memory chips, so no cooling solution is used on the memory chips.

On Figure 6 you can see the GeForce 7600 GT chip used on this video card. As you can see, it is internally called G73-GT by NVIDIA.
