Contents
Turion II CPUs are Turion X2 processors manufactured under 45 nm technology. AMD is using two names for these CPUs, Turion II (M5xx models) and Turion II Ultra (M6xx models).
Their main features are:
- Dual core technology.
- 256KB, 512 KB or 1 MB L2 cache per core.
- HyperTransport bus working at 1,800 MHz (7.2 GB/s). This clock may also be referred as "3,600 MHz".
- Support to DDR2 memories in dual channel configuration.
- Socket S1.
- 45 nm manufacturing technology.
In the table below we listed all Turion II and Turion II Ultra models released so far.
