We removed the video card heatsink to take a look. It is all aluminum-made and it doesn’t touch the memory chips, so no cooling solution is used on them.

This video card has eight GDDR2 512-Mbit 2.5 ns chips from Infineon (HYB18T512161BF-25), making its 512 MB video memory (512 Mbits x 8 = 512 MB). These chips can run up to 800 MHz. Since this video card accesses the memory at 780 MHz, there is little headroom if you wish to overclock its memory inside its specs.

In Figure 6, you can see Radeon X1600 Pro chip. As you can see, it is called internally RV530 Pro by ATI.

This board comes with one S-Video cable, one Composite Video to S-Video adapter cable and one DVI-to-VGA adapter.
