In Figure 3, you see the heatsink from the front. It has a very traditional design.

Figure 4 reveals the side of the heatsink, which is partially closed by the folded fins.

Figure 5 presents the top of the heatsink, where you see the tips of the heatpipes and the shape of the fins. The fins have holes and folded areas which help to improve the heat transfer from the fins to the air.
